Compensation for Delay: If your guaranteed order is delivered after the promised delivery date, you may claim compensation.
How to Claim: Visit “My Orders” > “Order Details” and submit a claim. Claims must be filed within 14 calendar days after the estimated delivery date.
Compensation Type: Approved claims will receive a platform coupon of a specified value, redeemable on future purchases at tbghzgear.com.
Automatic Compensation: Scaleup, Enterprise, and Enterprise Pro buyers will receive compensation automatically credited to their account, with no claim required.
3. Order & Payment
All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance.
We accept payments through PayPal and Western Union. Payment must be completed before order processing.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information.
4. Shipping & Customs
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs, or unforeseen events.
TBGHz is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect address entry, or force majeure events.
Shipping labels may display a generic product category description and a declared value between $10–$32 USD for customs purposes. Invoices are not included unless requested.
